Our standard delivery rate is determined by Canada Post based on the shipping address provided during purchase. All orders will be delivered within the specified timeframe chosen by the customer at checkout. Alternatively, customers can opt for convenient pickup at selected locations across Ontario, Canada.
Delivery Timeframe: Expect the arrival of your order within 24-72 hours from the time of purchase, as indicated in your Payment Confirmation email. Any changes to the standard delivery schedule will be promptly communicated to you via email or SMS.
Delivery Address Confirmation: Please note that once an order is confirmed, changes to the delivery address are not possible. Ensure your address details are accurate during the checkout process to avoid any inconvenience.
Missing Order Procedure:
Product Missing from Shipment: In the rare event of a missing product from your shipment, follow these steps:
- Visit your 54africana.ca account and navigate to the Returns/Exchange, Refund & Missing Order link.
- Complete the missing order form, providing your order number and specifying the missing item.
- Submit the form, and we will promptly investigate and address your missing order issue.
